We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Please note that we always confirm receipt of an order. If you have placed an order and have not heard from us within 24 hours, PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Every once in awhile faxes and emails seem to go astray.

If it is your first time ordering, you are probably better off to call as we'll have lots of questions for you and will want to make sure we cover everything so that you get everything exactly the way you want it.

 

Ordering Details

HOW FAR AHEAD TO PLACE YOUR ORDER: For a full show, we require AT LEAST 8 weeks from the time the details of your order are finalized. (Please add some leeway for shipping too as it can take up to 10 working days depending on your location.)

 

LATE ORDERS: For shows received past the 8 week deadline, a 5% rush charge may apply, past 7 weeks 10%, past 6 weeks 15% and past 5 weeks 20%, etc. (Because all our ribbons are made by hand, late receipt of show orders often means having to ask our dedicated staff to work overtime!)

 

DIES & LOGOS: If you would like your club logo or picture imprinted onto your ribbons, we require a black and white jpg emailed before or at the time of ordering. If you have ordered from us before we will have it on file. If not, there is a one-time charge of $65 to have a die made. Please send us any size camera-ready black and white print. Please allow an 10 additional days to make up the die as it is has to be sent out to be made.

 

If you would prefer to use a generic logo or picture, we have a large assortment of dies that can be used at no additional charge or we can custom make any logo or picture you desire!

 

RUSH ORDERS: Rush order surcharges may apply and remember, rush orders cost more to ship as well as to make!

 

TERMS: Prepayment is required on all orders. Any outstanding balance will be shipped COD unless prior credit has been approved. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 2% per month or not less than $2.00.

 

FREIGHT CHARGES: As part of our service, we shop for the lowest freight charge that meets your time deadlines.
